BioSig Technologies (BSGM), a medical technology company that just merged with tokenization company Streamex, said it has signed a definitive agreement to raise up to $1.10 billion to fund a gold-backed treasury model and expand its tokenization platform for real-world assets (RWA) like gold and other commodities. Streamex plans to issue tokens backed by gold and other commodities through its platform built on the Solana (SOL) blockchain.
ORO, the Solana ecological gold tokenization project, announced the completion of the $1.50 million Pre-Seed round of financing, led by 468 Capital, with investors such as Fasset, Dead King Ventures and several angel investors participating. According to reports, ORO aims to expand the real-world assets that generate income on Solana through gold tokenization.
